Townhouse faces the alleyway and is accessible via the alleyway (between Carleton Ave S & Corson Ave S).
Also accessible from Carleton Ave S via the sidewalk on the left of the of the building past the mailbox end of the sidewalk my townhouse is the first end unit 6641 unit D.
The townhouse has a keyless entry system with an electronic keypad. I’ve added an access code for you—please check your booking messages in the mobile app on your smartphone to find it.
If the code doesn’t work and you see a red “X” after several attempts, use the backup key located in the lockbox inside the fence, facing the front door. If you booked through Airbnb, the lockbox code can be found under “Backup Entry Details” in the “Check-In” section of your reservation. If you booked through VRBO, please contact the host directly for the code. If you use the key, be sure to return it to the lockbox after locking up, as there is no spare key on-site. A lockout would require calling a locksmith.
Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please respect these times, as we are unable to offer late check-outs due to high demand. If you would like, we can notify you via text if the housekeeper finishes cleaning early, allowing you to access the property sooner.
For safety and insurance reasons, we cannot accommodate early luggage drop-offs or late pick-ups while the housekeeper is on-site.
There is only ONE reserved parking spot, located in the alleyway between Carleton Ave S and Corson Ave S between units B and C, the spots directly in front of my unit are NOT TO BE USED.
ONLY USE THE PARKING SPOT LABELED 6641D located a few spots left of the townhouse between units B and C. Spots are clearly labeled on the spot barrier. Our neighbors are pretty protective of their parking spaces, and they have a strict no-tolerance policy for parking in the wrong spot. If that happens, unfortunately, your vehicle might be towed at your expense. You can also take advantage of the free street parking on Carleton Ave S and nearby streets. If you park on Carleton Ave S, you can easily reach the townhouse by taking the sidewalk to the south of the building, right past the mailbox. And while you're out and about, remember to remove any personal or valuable items from your vehicle.
Bins; Garbage (Black), Compost (Green), and Recycling (Blue) are located to the left when exiting townhouse, look for the bins labeled “6641D”. PLEASE DO NOT deposit waste in any other bins other than those labeled “6641D” failure to do so may result in a $50 fine.
Collection day is Wednesday. Garbage and compost/yard waste are picked up weekly, while recycling is collected every other week.
