Yes! Georgetown is one of Seattle's most eclectic neighborhoods with so much to do within walking distance. Check out the Neighborhood Hot Spots page for more information!

Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please respect these times, as we are unable to offer late check-outs due to high demand. If you would like, we can notify you via text if the housekeeper finishes cleaning early, allowing you to access the property sooner. For safety and insurance reasons, we cannot accommodate early luggage drop-offs or late pick-ups while the housekeeper is on-site.

Yes, please message me to inquire about the seasonal rate for a late departure or to add an additional day (based on availability) to your reservation. Guest must vacate property by agreed upon time otherwise guests will be charged the maximum nightly rate.

Extra 9V batteries for the smoke alarms are located in the top draw in the kitchen island closest to the dining area clearly labeled "Smoke Alarm Batteries". Please notify the host immediately if you hear any unprovoked beeping.

Yes, and a propane tank is provided. Please make sure to always turn propane off after using the gas grill!
If the propane is out please either call or message to advise so a new one can be purchased, however it is unlikely it will be replaced prior to your departure. If you procure a replacement tank for the property please send copy of the receipt for reimbursement, however replacement tank must remain at the property.

Yes! This is the model that is available in the unit along with 3 fitted sheets that are clean and ready for you to use. The crib should be located in the closet of the 2nd floor bedroom.
