Smoking of any kind (including cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, and vapes/e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited inside the home or near any open windows or doors. A minimum $250 cleaning fee will be charged if smoking is detected.
Quiet hours are observed from 9pm to 8am. Violators may incur a fine if noise persists after a warning from the host. This property uses NoiseAware technology to ensure the comfort and security of the guest and neighbors. Tampering with the device is strictly prohibited and will result in a $200 fine.
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Due to high demand, late check-outs are not available. If the house is ready early, we’ll notify you by text so you can check in sooner.
For safety and insurance reasons, we cannot accommodate early luggage drop-offs or late pick-ups while the housekeeper is on-site.
Garbage (Black), Compost (Green), and Recycling (Blue) bins are located to the left as you exit the townhouse. Please use only the bins labeled “6641D.”
Do not place waste in any bins not marked “6641D.” Failure to comply may result in a $50 fine.
No parties allowed at any time violators will be required to vacate immediately without a refund. No exceptions. Also a minimum $250 cleaning fee will be charged if a party is thrown.
No outside guests will be allowed to spend the night in the house under any circumstances. Please inform the host of any local visitors prior to checking in. This property uses a Ring doorbell camera at the front door and is ON and recording 24/7 during the reservation.
Your designated spot is 6641D, located just a few spots to the left of the townhouse. The spots are clearly marked on the barrier, so finding yours should be a breeze!
Our neighbors are pretty protective of their parking spaces, and they have a strict no-tolerance policy for parking in the wrong spot. If that happens, unfortunately, your vehicle might be towed at your expense. But no worries—just stick to 6641D or take advantage of the free street parking on Carleton Ave S and nearby streets.
If you park on Carleton Ave S, you can easily reach the townhouse by taking the sidewalk to the south of the building, right past the mailbox. And while you're out and about, remember to remove any personal or valuable items from your vehicle—after all, we're still in the city!
All pets must be disclosed and approved at the time of booking. Unauthorized pets are strictly prohibited—if any are found on the property without prior consent, guests will be required to vacate immediately without a refund. No exceptions.
Approved pets must be housebroken and are not permitted to use any outdoor areas on the property, including the garden bed near the front entry, as a bathroom. Pets must be walked off-property for bathroom needs; Oxbow Park, located just a 3-minute walk north, is a convenient option.
Guests are fully financially responsible for any damage or extra cleaning resulting from their pet(s).
