Georgetown House has become very popular and typically bookings run back to back, where after one guests checks out a new guests almost always checks in that same day, allowing 4 hours for housekeeping to do there magic. You are welcome to inquire about either but plan on the 3:00pm (15:00) check in and 11:00am check out

Yes, please message me privately for a discounted rate to add an additional day (based on availability) to your reservation. Guest must vacate property by agreed upon time otherwise guests will be charged the pre-determined nightly rate

Yes, the outside of the townhouse has a Ring camera. There are ABSOLUTELY NO indoor security cameras!
