Townhouse faces the alleyway between Carleton Ave S & Corson Ave. The alleyway is accessible from S Warsaw St or S Willow St. The dedicated reserved parking spot is located to the left of the unit marked 6641D (additional parking details below). My townhouse is the right end unit 6641 unit D.

Your designated spot is 6641D, located in the alleyway between Carleton Ave S and Corson Ave S between units B and C, the spots directly in front of my unit are NOT TO BE USED. The spots are clearly marked on the barrier, so finding yours should be a breeze!
Our neighbors are pretty protective of their parking spaces and have a strict no-tolerance policy for parking in the wrong spot. If that happens, unfortunately, your vehicle might be towed at your expense. Just stick to 6641D or take advantage of the free street parking on Carleton Ave S and nearby streets.
If you park on Carleton Ave S, you can easily reach the townhouse by taking the sidewalk to the south of the building, right past the mailbox. And while you're out and about, remember to remove any personal or valuable items from your vehicle—after all, we're still in the city!
Important Notes:
Recently, we've had a few instances of unauthorized cars parking in our designated spot, so we’ve placed a traffic cone in the space. The cone isn’t a barrier for you—just a way to ensure the spot remains available when it's vacant. Feel free to move the cone when you park, but please remember to place it back in the middle of the spot when you check out.
Please ensure that you park as straight as possible in 6641D to avoid taking up space in the spots to the right or left of it. This helps keep everything neighborly and ensures everyone has access to their designated spaces.
If you are parking in the dedicated parking space, enter from S Warsaw St and turn right down alleyway. You can also enter the alleyway from S Willow St and turn left down the alleyway.
